Return Eligibility

Incorrect Item:
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect product, and we will send you the correct item promptly.
Unopened and Unused Products:
If you wish to return an unopened and unused product for reasons other than those listed above, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You may return the product for a refund, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Approval and Return Authorization:
Our Customer Support Team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is required for processing your return. -
Return Shipping:
Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. -
Refund or Replacement:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or send a replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and replacements will be dispatched promptly.
